Whether you have hired a van before, or you’re completely new to the self hire world, here are our most frequently asked questions to assist you on your van hire journey.
Do I need insurance to hire a van from you?
Insurance is included in the hire of all of our vans, however, if you are involved in an accident or there was damage to the van, there is an excess of £1000. This can be lowered to £500 if an additional fee was paid for the collision damage waiver. This is an extra £5-£10 depending on how many days you have hired the van.
If your van unexpectedly breaks down during your hire time, please call our offices and we will arrange a recovery or breakdown service for you. There is also a 24-hour number available for out of hours emergencies.
Can more than one person drive during the hire time?
Absolutely, you can have up to three named drivers for each booking. However, all drivers must be present at the time of pick up to sign the insurance documents and to present their driving license.
How do I know which van is right for me?

How do I book, and can I pay by card?
You can book your van rental through our easy booking system on the website, or simply give us a call and we can take it from there. You can pay by card within our office, please note that we do not accept cash payments.
